Judge Dennise Garcia has won re-election as a State District Judge in Dallas County by a margin of more than 31,400 votes and almost nine percentage points. This is the widest margin of victory (statistical and vote count) for any 2006 county-wide judicial race, or for any elected State District Judge (Republican or Democratic) the past five elections.
Judge Garcia thanks the voters of Dallas County for allowing her to continue to serve them and looks forward to the next four years.
